Where should I go to volunteer?

At our main hubs, you can just show up. You can also catch shuttles there to the Rockaways and other relief sites.

Where can I donate?

Some locations accept donations, some just need volunteers, some do both. For details about specific location needs, browse our volunteering index or map.

You can also donate to Sandy's Wedding Registry! Items will be shipped to our main distribution center at 520 Clinton.

What should I bring to the Rockaways?

Wear work boots and gloves, and clothes that can get dirty. At relief sites, please do not enter a building unless it has been assessed and determined structurally sound.
